Fruit and Vegetable Industry Factory "PEKTOWIN" in Jasło is a joint stock company. 100 % shares of the company belong to the Ministry of the Treasury. The company is registered in national court register of District Court in Rzeszów and has the number KRS 0000288956. VAT tax number is 685-16-51-083, REGON 370343466. Capital stock of the company is 36.291.000,00 zł. Nowadays the company employs 360 workers.

As the only factory in Poland "PEKTOWIN" produces low and high esterificated apple, citrus-apple and citrus pectins of the quality covering the requirements of WHO, FAO and Food Chemical Codex. The produced pectins can be used for production of low and high sugared jams, yoghurt stocks, jellies, confectionery fillings, vegetable sauces and for baking gluten free bread. A high quality of our pectins is confirmed by the titel EUROPRODUKT. The company has implemented the HACCP system.
"PEKTOWIN" is one of the biggest Polish producers of fruit and vegetable juice concentrates (among them apple juice concentrate). The processing capacity exceeds 1000 tons of apples per 24 hours.

Till 2009 "PEKTOWIN" was the only Polish producer of enzyme preparations. We produced proteoilitic, amylolitic, pectolitic and cellulolitic enzyme preparations. At the time is the production stopped and the productions line are ready to start again the production or cooperation with other partner in area of enzyme production or other biotechnological activity.

"PEKTOWIN" is also a significant producer of fruit wines in Poland. Fruit wines have been produced in the factory for over 45 years. In this time original recipes were worked out and the owned underground cellars allow traditional fermentation and wine seasoning. Only fresh, not preserved raw materials are used for the production. Nowadays “PEKTOWIN” offers anywhere from ten to twenty wine brands.

"PEKTOWIN" offers fruit and vegetable products, too. They are produced from fruits and vegetables from small households placed far from industrial centres, at the foot of East Beskid Mts, in ecologically pure region of the Carpathians. In these small households traditional cultivation methods are preferred and thus processed raw materials have values of ecological food. The production contains fruit juices and drinks, canned green peas and cucumbers, jams and red beet juice concentrate. Our setting agent for home-made jams "Dżemfix" becomes more and more popular.

Our metal products that is acid-proof pasteurisation devices, transporters, filters, pumps, fittings etc. are the addition to our offer addressed mainly to other producers.

A majority of the production, mainly apple juice concentrate, is sold in many countries of Europe and the world. An acknowledgement of our position as exporter is the titel Outstanding Polish Exporter and "Business gazelle"
